GOOD TO KNOW

Questions, answered

The quick answers couples ask us most. Don't see yours? We're a phone call away.

When are you open?

We host events March through December.

How many guests can you host?

75 to 240 guests.

What's included in the rental?

Tables, chairs, linens, lighting and sound, full setup and cleanup, parking for 150, an on-site coordinator on your day, and some décor.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Yes. Catering is open — bring any caterer you like, with no required list.

How does the bar work?

The bar is handled in-house. Our team provides the bartender and the bar service.

Do you have a preferred vendor list?

No. Bring any vendors you love — florist, DJ, photographer, officiant — all your choice.

What's your rain plan?

The timber chapel and the main hall are both fully indoors, and the tent covers the open-air spaces — so rain is a change of scenery, not a change of plans.

Are there places to get ready?

Two private buildings: a bridal suite (a converted pole building with a hair-and-makeup area and dressing rooms) and the groom's quarters (a converted grain bin with a bar, lounge, and upstairs).

Is there parking?

Yes — parking for 150.

What are the hours?

Day-of access starts at 8 a.m., and all events end by 11 p.m.

How much does a wedding here cost?

We share current pricing for your date on your tour or by phone at 309-202-1212, along with deposit details and open dates.

Are there rules about candles or open flame?

We ask for flameless candles only — no open flame — to care for a building we made by hand.
